Limeleaf Kitchen is owned and run by British-born Chef Chris Richards-Jones

To craft excellent sustainable food and reduce environmental impact while supporting the people growing the food — 'Growing with Purpose'.

Chris started as an apprentice at Walton Heath Golf Club, trained in the UK and France, worked in restaurants in Tours, Biarritz and Bayonne, then moved into private chef and superyacht work serving VIP clients worldwide. Today he brings that global experience to Chiang Mai through a quality-led, ethical, farm-to-fork approach.

Whether you are a beginner in the kitchen or already experienced, Chef Chris offers workshops that are practical, exciting and fun. Come alone, bring friends, or book the full workshop for a special occasion.
